Our Story

A neighborhood bakery and grocery that feels like home.

Guava Grill sits on West Main Street in Tampa — a corner where the morning rush smells like fresh bread and the shelves are stocked with the things you actually need. We started as a small bakery with big ideas about quality, and grew into a one-stop shop where locals grab their morning pastry and their weekly groceries without leaving the block.

Everything we bake uses real, recognizable ingredients. No shortcuts, no preservatives, no mystery lists. If you wouldn't keep it in your own pantry, we don't put it on our shelf.

What We Offer

Two things done right: baking and stocking.

Fresh Baked Goods

Sourdough loaves, flaky croissants, artisan rolls, and seasonal pastries — all made from scratch each morning. We bake small batches so everything hits your plate at its best.

Curated Groceries

A thoughtfully selected pantry: olive oils, pastas, spices, canned goods, and household staples. We pick what we'd use ourselves — no filler, no overpriced brands taking up shelf space.

Special Orders

Need a cake for a birthday, a batch of bread for a gathering, or something specific for your kitchen? Place an order ahead and we'll have it ready when you arrive.
